I love you guys, but your charges are ridiculous. You have fallen into the money before healthcare just like humans. You take advantage of people who love their pets. What a shame.

I moved out of town last year and only come back for meetings. I bring my dog there for day boarding and other services if needed. Not sure if it was just that day or if things have changed there, but the staff seemed tense and not very friendly.

We used the same vet for over 10 years prior to starting at Westside. We needed emergency care one time and were sent to Westside. I’ve never felt like any vet ever cared as much about my dogs as the vets at Westside. It costs more but our dogs are our family and we gladly pay more for the best care.

The staff and vet we re so very friendly and concerned with my cats needs. They made sure my cat, who s aready stressed in general, was comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Brady was great with Mufasa! I had to drop him off and she called after examining him. She gave me a great description of what was wrong with him. She took my worries and concerns of him being sick. Mufasa is back to himself again!

Dr. Jacobek is the best! I brought my dog in for what I thought was an emergency situation (which thankfully was not so bad after all). But I greatly appreciate Dr. Jacobek s effort and availability to see me so quickly! The office staff were super as well! In terms of location, this office is not the closest to my home, but it doesn t matter, I am so impressed and pleased that I intend to make this office my primary pet care practice. Thanks for such a great environment and experience! Top notch!!!

Punching buttons on the survey didn’t always work. Sometimes I couldn’t get the five star to work so I would click on the four-star and then the five star would light up. Maybe my device but it didn’t go well

Dr. Brady and the vet techs are always gentle and kind to my furbabies. Everyone from the front desk staff, technicians, and doctors are pleasant and professional. I m so thankful to have found Westside Veterinary Clinic.
