Dr. Brady is always wonderful with Reuben. The gal that set up the appointment was so caring and got Reuben in right away when she heard that he was having pain. We appreciate all of you!! Thank you!!

Dr. J and the staff were excellent helping with Mac our super stressed out mini schnauzer mix. We had been having a hard time trying to trim and care for him and everyone helped with this and also got him checked out health wise. Everything great.

Now that it appears we are moving there, we are so happy we have found a vet for her! I have never seen her so calm and relaxed at a Vet s office when we picked her up.

#4 - Got the feeling I was a pain in the --- to the them...that they wouldn t care if we never came back. #6 - They were great with Rain but, of course, she wasn t happy.

Dr. Brady is a fantastic vet. We like the way she puts our dogs at ease. Only suggestion I have would be to let the customer pay for services while still in the exam room. This way we can leave and not have to handle our dogs and take care of business at he front which at times is very busy. We have large dogs that after their visit want to leave as soon as possible. Thanks

I was a little surprised the total bill was as high as it was. It would have helped if I had know the cost of the blood test up front. I think my dog gets first class health care at Westside! The Doctors are excellent...I guess you get what you pay for.

Dr. Jill Brady I really like taking Charlie to see her she is very good with Charlie. Taking him in for his annual shots is a lot nicer because she is so patient with him.

I was very happy with the staff and professional and caring attention that was shown to my pet.

I really appreciated Dr. Jacobi’s concern with what was going on with Jelly Bean and that he called and explained how he was going to fix the problem.
