The lady up front seemed to be taken back when I asked for a weight on my dog which for one is a big dog and is a growing puppy and hadn’t been for a few months the person on the phone was a delight and said to come in and I didn’t mind waiting but the older lady up front sighed and said well we are busy and it could b awhile I said it is ok I will gladly wait while biting my tongue bc I have every right to get a weight and it is important on his care and feeding etc and she just seemed to be bothered that I even asked otherwise the staff seems to be good

I have to have a friend take my fur baby to the vet. The vet. kept me informed via phone as to what they were doing and what further treatment was needed. The entire staff has been so courteous and have treated my fur baby with love and gentle care.

My dog Fluffy is always taken care of well here.

Even though I was a drop off, the staff was very patient and gave me their undivided attention when I dropped off my newly adopted kitten. Even after leaving, they checked in the next day and answer my questions with ease. I m so happy we chose this clinic.

website appears to not work; I entered an appointment and got an email confirmation and a text confirmation and since I had called the office, they returned my call and told me I could not have that appointment, that it was already scheduled but they were able to work me in.

The blood work billing seemed a little excessive, especially since it was not initially proposed. I understand the desire to completely rule out everything that would necessitate a different prognosis, but I think our dog could have been diagnosed properly without the additional charge of the blood work analysis.

I couldn t ask for a better veterinary experience. Dr. Benjamin and his staff are phenomenal, and take excellent care of our dogs.
