With the current restrictions - there is signage on the door to direct the client. Staff are friendly and efficient.

This was our first visit to the animal hospital and our first puppy. The staff and vet were actually really great they took the time to answer all of our questions and were very friendly throughout. Everything was organized very well and they kept in contact with us the whole time. Our puppy seemed to really like the front end staff too!

Our cat was seen promptly and surgery was performed in a timely manner given the urgency. Despite a very busy holiday schedule, the staff did a tremendous job in caring for our cat to prepare and post surgery. We are very grateful to Dr. O Toole and the staff for their life saving support and recommendations.

Reggie loves the attention he gets from the staff when he comes for his appointments. Dr. O Toole is great at explaining what Reggie needs. I highly recommend Bloor West Village Animal Hospital!

We were seen quickly using Covid protocols. We are happy with the service and feel the hospital is focused on Boo s well-being.

It was our first visit with our kitten. The vet was good at explaining the wellness check over the phone and suggested some additional things. He spoke a bit fast, so it was hard to catch everything he said, but I got most of it. Our kitten was anxious and a bit difficult I think, which I think would’ve been helped if I’d been able to attend the appointment with her. I understand the covid rules and respect those, but it was tough just handing her over and not being able to go in.

There is a lot to process over the phone, the experience is not great. It was a lot to take in and I was not able to meet the vet which is very disappointing. If we are both double vaccinated, wearing masks and not experiencing any symptoms, I don t understand why we cannot meet in person.
