Upon arrival to pick up my kiddos, I received no explanation regarding my bill. I had to ask - multiple questions - until I understood all the charges completely. The responses I did get were short. There were two staff members at the welcome/check-out desk. One was cheerful and pleasant (but she wasn t the one handling my check-out), the other maybe was just having a bad day, but I didn t find her helpful or pleasant at all. But, we all have bad days so maybe I just caught her at a bad time. Overall the experience was fine and my kiddos are healthy. I talked to Dr. Heinz over the phone - found her down to earth and nice to talk with.

I am use to your front office personnel being very friendly. The person who helped us never smiled and seemed angry. Maybe she was having a bad day. The clinical assistant is always friendly and helpful - the 5 stars were for her

Dr. Smith is amazing. I know that he does the best and has concern over the well being of our critter family. I was however, disappointed in the grooming given to Skyy. Her haircut is uneven and I had asked that the hair behind her ears be taken down, which did not occur.

I can t say enough good things about rivertrail. Dr roberts and dr hooley have taken care of our animals forever and recently when weve seen new doctors like dr heinz and dr monroe I have been so pleased. Dr monroe and the technicians went above and beyond to take care of our dog during a medical crisis as well as being so kind to my husband and I when we called (probably too much) and were worried out of our minds. I will forever be recommending everyone I know to bring their animals to rivertrail.

We have loved Riverside from day one, and were excited to have the new location open up closer to our home in Bixby. When we adopted Ike after Meatball s passing (which was handled very well by all at Riverside!), I dropped off paperwork for the new guy ahead of adoption so that all would be smooth. To be clear, what follows is constructive criticism only, and to help our favorite vets continue successfully! My wife booked our new guy, Ike, for a nail trim at Bixby. We thought that we had made it pretty clear that this was a recent adoption and he had not had the best of life up until then... Apparently Ike didn t like getting his nails done and the girls struggled through the procedure. Their frustration spilled over into a conversation with my wife, who wasn t aware or notified that they were having a hard time. We have owned four very large dogs prior to Ike, and have had to have some sedated for nail trims before. Not a big deal. We just didn t know Ike would have a problem with his nails yet as he was now in a new home! I really wish the girls had just come out and let my wife know they were having trouble instead of fighting a non-willing canine participant and then becoming frustrated with her. When it came time to have Ike s nails done again (under sedation, we decided to bring him to Riverside for a fresh start. We understand that staffing a new facility comes with challenges, and we re confident that this review will be processed by senior staff and presented to employees in a caring and constructive manner. Thanks that all you do!
