The staff was very accommodating and fit me in at the last minute. Great experience as always. I love the staff and how they care about my dog. The pricing for services is very reasonable. The follow-up call the next day was also very nice

I miss Dr. Baxter. I won’t be coming back to this veterinary hospital after my last two appointments. The dental exam is a joke. Lifting up the side of the lip to view one or two teeth. I also was told the influenzas shot was a one time deal and I have two dogs so when it was given on their second round of shots and not told it was going to be a booster shot deal I was very disappointed in the service.

The two assistants didn’t give me a proper greeting of stating their name and what role they play. Doctor L. did not introduce himself nor state his name when I called. I think introductions are a valuable part of our experience.

Dr. Loertscher and his team really made me feel valued as a client and I appreciate the care they provided my dog Holley. She has been seen by other vets in the past but Dr. Loertscher is the first that wants to work on finding a solution instead of attacking me personally. I appreciate his professionalism and the care and attention from him and his staff. We finally found a decent family vet.

This doctor is very good with both my dog (who is very easy going) and my cat (who is a small demon sometimes). The staff is great to work with also as they are knowledgeable and nice. I’m glad I found this clinic.

I went in to refill my dog s 6 month heartworm the offered me a shot that last 6 months no more worries about missing a dose. I am always treated well and they take excellent care of Calvin. I appreciate all you do thanks.
