I called with need for speedy appt as dog had allergy or infection, unknown specifically. Got appt for next day, which was awesome, but within a few hours was told it had to be canceled. You did accommodate, and dr we saw was fantastic, but was still frustrating. Then, happenstance, our dog got attacked the same afternoon after we had our vet appt with you. Went to Emergency Vet service and your team was great about getting consent etc. However, called next day asking for counsel about infection Hudson had vs trauma to ear from dog attack, and no call back. Did receive a call the following morning from another dr, which I appreciate, but think the dr could have even given opinion in answer to my questions to tech who could have then relayed them to me vs me losing a day of direction. Overall you guys are stupendous, but when a traumatic event happens you have to understand and anticipate that owner will be highly motivated to get a response. Even more so than any response related to a “standard” appointment.

I find it incredibly hard to find a fault or an area of improvement. Everything and everyone on staff is at the highest level of vetinary medicine and are incredibly compassionate and supportive. Price change for specific service such as nail trim should be explained in advance. Outstanding item price should be discussed in details it is not enough to ask do you want lab test? Client request I don t want this test should verified and should not be ignored.

We appreciated the care from all the staff that we received and Dr. Salas thorough visit, as she provided a clear description of the likely diagnosis and potential treatment. Dr. Salas and the vet tech were so soothing when handling Kuti for his exam! Kuti’s a gentle soul and doesn’t generally like strangers. Dr. Salas allowed him to be a (somewhat) cooperative patient. The staff were also responsive with communication after the visit.

I m not sure why I could not accompany my dogs while they had blood drawn. I m not asking to observe surgery but my previous vet did almost everything in my presence. That is my strong preference.
