My experience is overall very positive with your clinic. However, one issue I have is the stairs to the surgery area. Whenever my dog needs a shot or bloodwork, he s taken upstairs and at the end of his visit, I am asked to take him because your staff says they re scared he ll knock them down. I am worried about my own safety, too! One time, they had water jugs lined up on one of the steps and no one cleared it for us. Two technicians were chit chatting at the bottom, and they laughed about the water jugs. I think it was rude and inappropriate. This is dangerous and is a big liability for you.

Dr Han & the entire staff are very attentive to my two fur babies. They are very friendly, knowledgeable & courteous whenever we are there. Dr Han is always concerned about the health of my boys & she is very appreciated by us.

I sent an email with my disappointment in the visit that was never answered.

For emergency patients, important to show incremental care rather than fill the bag with everything. I believe the goal should be address the emergency and provide guidance for plan going forward. Not solve everything which does not get interrupted as help fully but sales

I have no complaint about the medical staff, but the front staff were not personable at all, they were not willing to help me when my puppy accidentally peed at the lobby, they were upset when my puppy played with the plant that was on the lobby floor (easily accessible to all pets to play with) they were not at all friendly when explaining the insurance process. they showed no compassion. I was so thankful that vet techs, nurses, and the doctor were so friendly unlike the front staff. they were very offputting. I wouldn t consider going back to the clinic if it wasn t for the medical staff
