Would staff wear fun - dog/cat badges with their names on them? Also when one calls it would be nice if the person would name themselves Tenafly............, Bella speaking - rather than having to ask all the time. More personal. I felt a sadness hanging over your front reception lady. I hope she is okay.

It was a very nice experience. The staff were friendly and informative. They were kind to my dog Max and gave him a treat before we left.

You staff is generally unknowledgeable. The doctor gave specific instructions in the room and when given the medication different instructions were given and I had to insist they speak with the doctor who verified they were wrong. I do not have a feeling of trust when i come to your facility. I am also fairly annoyed that you charge more than a 25% mark up on products that can be purchased elsewhere, I will no longer take any supplies from your facility.

A great visit. The staff clearly loves animals and it shows! Dr also takes the time to explain all treatment and prevention meds.

Due to Covid there are some restrictions however, administering vaccines with pet owner present can be a huge relief!

Everyone was amazing in taking care of my Luna…like always. Thank you ????

Dr. Barnea is great! He took the time to speak with me and gave thorough explanations. The office was well organized making sure to stay covid safe. Thank you!

Bella was wonderful from the first phone call I made to make an appointment to explain everything and since we cannot enter the office due to Covid-19 restrictions, Dr. Barnea came outside and explained everything in detail. We were very pleased and Tippy was in great hands!
