I was not allowed inside- not able to see facility. I know my cat was a very challenging patient. His back nails were to be clipped and it was not done well. Also, he must have urinated on himself and it would have been nice to be told before going home. It would have been nice if my cat was wiped down so he did not go home smelling of urine. It was my first time at this vet office.

This place is outstanding, literally could not have done a better job. Doctors and assistants are very great at their jobs and super friendly and outstanding w dogs.

Staff were friendly and informative! I waited 20 min past my appointment time but once my dog got in she was taken care of quickly and out within 30 min

Fantastic communication and quick responses

Everything was great. Would love to be able though to have indoor consultations soon hopefully. Of course responsibly socially distanced and masked. There’s just no substituting ultimately for the effectiveness and detailed clarity of an in person visit with a Veterinarian.

Dr B is the best. His staff is attentive particularly Liz when answering the phones. A seamless experience.

Max s appointment went well despite the pandemic restrictions. I appreciated the efforts of the staff to make the appropriate accommodations.

This vet office is way overpriced. Who can afford to pay such prices, often for probably unnecessary drugs and treatment? Need to focus more on helping pet owners, not fleecing them. I will look for a different vet.

I was very happy with the service and care my pet and I received. However, twice I requested that one of the doctors call me because I had some questions, and I never heard from them. I was disappointed.

Of course the doctors are always always super nice and Jessica too. Except Jessica, my husband and I just wish the other nurses and assistants are also be nice as Jessica and how doctors are.

I know Romi gets the best care at your facility. Dr Han is patient, kind, knowledgeable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Would like to know when one person will be allowed in with the dog on their visit.

We weren’t informed that we could not go in with our dog beforehand, and in result, we don’t know what happened inside, talking with the doctor over the phone was uncomfortable and it was bad to hear what was being said, we were then charged for something we didn’t really agree to. The analysis for the blood test was still not emailed. If you were to do it like this, there should be video proof to show what happened.
