Always a pleasure

I appreciate the follow up phone calls especially the one from Dr. Murphy. I was not able to speak with her directly but her message covered all aspects of Rosie s condition including the results of her blood test.

Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions.

Dr Murphy and the staff are wonderful. They truly care. Jess at the front desk always goes the extra mile and in spite of being busy always makes you feel important and is so patient kind and knowledgeable. Dr Murphy is amazing. She sits down talks to you, gives you eye contact, explains everything and is so personable. She loves everyone. She never makes you feel rushed. Shes so full of wisdom and she loves her job. She even kisses my dog Willie. Always uplifted when I leave there. They really know how to treat people and their fur babies ?

This is our first visit with Dr. Murphy. We were scheduled with Dr. Valentine. I find I really like Dr Murphy. She spent an amazing amount of time with us. I dont know why they took my dog away for blood work and nails but I m not happy with that way. She is very scared and I want to be with her.

Dr. Murphy was very kind in dealing with the sweet but sick stray I brought in to be assessed. I appreciate her candor of reasonable expectations and her donation of her time by not charging for the office visit. Phoenix is doing better - we ll see...Thanks for everything. Cynthia

I felt like our appointment was rushed, nothing was explained. When I called to ask about costs I was told one thing then what I paid was over double what I was told and no one explained why.

Dr Murphy, Candy, and the whole staff have just been amazing!!! I can’t thank them enough for all of their support and care with my Little Miss Emma. Everyone in the office is an angel.

Everyone was very friendly and professional.

As usual, the staff and doctor were and are fabulous.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the welcoming friendly atmosphere as soon as I walked in the door. I cannot thank Dr. Murphy enough for making time in her busy Sat/Holiday weekend schedule to provide exceptional emergency care for Panda.

My very nervous dog slipped out of her collar on our way in, and one of the technicians heard the commotion and ran outside and helped get her back inside. Everyone was super nice and helpful and very understanding of her skittishness. Thank you!
