The vet and all the office staff were wonderful during both the appointments I was there for. They are all helpful and very caring.

Our dogs are like family to us. Dr. Murphy and her staff are knowledgeable, patient when we have questions or concerns, and above all else you can tell that they care. We will never take our pets anywhere else.

Everyone was helpful and the technician knew that Kiki had recently been sick, (throwing up) and was concerned about giving her vaccines. She was very friendly and answered my questions. Kiki did very well with the vaccines and her tummy is all better!

Can t get survey to work properly on my iPad but here are my comments. We love Animal and Bird Hospital, we love the service, the staff and everything about them. Have been a client for 27 years and would NEVER consider going anywhere else. We recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. They have seen us through thick and thin and many pets. We value their professionalism, their expertise and their gentleness with our pets (and with us).

I felt very welcome when I first walked in and loved Dr Valentine.

My-Che-Ko Bandito s visit was scheduled with Dr Valentine at the last minute. When I arrived, found out that Dr. Valentine had called in sick and the remaining vet-Dr Culpepper was covering her own patients plus Dr. Valentine s scheduled appointees. I can’t thank Dr Culpepper and the staff enough for their excellent skills and knowledge while taking care of Bernie and Cooper. I love that they love my boys...and even Coop’s vocal skills he shows them EVERY time we are there;)

Was a very difficult time for me and my husband...Jax was very special member of our family...We appreciated everything the staff and Dr. Culpepper did to help us get through putting him to sleep.

We are very pleased with the staff and service. We have been moving all of our six dogs from our previous vet when their vaccinations have been due. We are much happier with the attention that our dogs receive. Thank you!
