Very good value and friendly, engaging team. My cats were handled amazingly and i plan on making this the only vet I go to! Only potential downside is the location is kind of odd but great service!

It seems that Vinnie is not in such bad shape as I feared. It s comforting to have Dr. Christman s opinion on how he is doing. He was putting on his best alpha-cat act with her, but I was glad to see that he can do that if he wants.

Very professional staff, and more thorough exam, etc. than we were receiving at our previous vet.

To be honest, I LOVE the care that my guinea pigs have received here, and I hate the care that my cats have received here. I will never bring my cats here again, and I kind of wish you guys would switch from “specializing” in small and exotic pets, to “exclusively” small and exotic pets. Because you are SO GOOD with small and exotic pets. And so bad with cats. Poor cats.

I am VERY happy with my entire experience and will definitely recommend other pet owners to your care.

I was stressed to wait so long in the exam room during a pandemic. I would rather have waited outside.

The voice for when you call the clinic sounds extremely rude/ grating. Maybe consider a more friendly tone because it’s very off putting especially when you consider how polite and courteous the actual staff is, I will continue to come back, but that answering tone sounds like the poor guy is upset and angry because he missed his morning coffee or something.

If Jack is not going to have his procedure until 3, I don t like being asked to come at 9, just so he can wait and be anxious in a kennel for hours.

Try to get people in faster

I had my dog there for a UTI. While we were waiting for our medication she peed all over the floor. I called the front desk for help but they never sent anyone and we were standing in pee for 15 minutes. Very stressful but when the vet tech came in to bring our medication she was very apologetic and nice about the whole situation.

Dr. Megan was great! Very compassionate with animals, thorough and professional.

I appreciated the time taken to discuss my concerns and answer my questions. Dr. Christman and technician were great listeners, knowledgeable, and caring.

I think the Dr.and staff is doing a great job carrying on business during the unprecedented times of dealing with the Covid-19 virus.

I love Dr. Humphrey and appreciate her attention and thoughtfulness in each visit.
