Loved that he got a fresh treat when he came in! I also appreciated that Dr. Laura really seemed to possess knowledge specific to rats, which can be hard to find in a vet.

Toward the end of the appointment, we discussed the logistics of moving abroad with our pets. It was apparent Dr. Roberts didn t know the answers to some of my questions, but rather than saying she would look more into them, she rushed through the questions without fully answering them. In the report card she included a website for me to reference, but it does not address the types of questions I had. The questions Dr. Roberts did know the answers to she answered fully and was very helpful in those respects.

The people here who have dedicated their lives to taking care of our furry family members are amazing!

Everything was so great! We were able to get our pet in for an appointment the same day that I called. I was very impressed with how much time the veterinarian spent talking with us. Both her and the vet tech seemed to genuinely care. We had a wonderful experience!

Sorry, I tried to complete the survey, but could not get the stars to take my responses...I do not use a mouse, so thought that I could just touch the screen; however, nothing happened. So I ll say that my appt. on Oct.23 was fine. I do sometimes think that there is a bit of a wait, once Jaxson and I are brought back to the exam room, but I do realize that with pets, same as with human patients, things don t always run by the clock - also, I m sure that sometimes it seems longer because Jaxson is a more hyper, nervous type of doggie!! Another thing, which is not a big deal, but it seems that we always see a different vet, so the continuity and familiarity is somewhat lacking (one small example is that the vet who we saw this last visit misspelled Jaxson s name, and it is easy to do, but again gave the impression that she was not at all familiar with my particular dog. I definitely like the convenience of your clinic location, as Jaxson and I can just walk over (he doesn t ride well in the car because of his anxious nature, so it is not fun to try to take him anywhere very far away.) And I must say thanks to Dr. Kay for taking the time while I waited with Jaxson to type up the summary of our visit, even while I kept interrrupting with comments or questions! And I just received more info. regarding dentals, which I haven t had the chance to read yet, but again, thanks for that!!

Unless I leave Madison or there is an emergency with one of my pets, I will never take them anywhere else for their care. This is the best experience I ve ever had with a pet clinic, and I recommend to everyone I can.

I just want to say how much I love this clinic for my little ones! Nero, and Greta get quite Nervous however both Amanda my Vet Tech, and Dr. Kay were absolutely amazing they made both of my little ones feel comfortable, and safe, and with that I just have to say a great big Thank You to the both of them! Now I live in Monona, and literally I could throw a stone in any direction, and I have multiple Vet clinics available to me to go to however with the amazing service, and compassion I, and my little ones get every single time I come in is absolutely perfect, and that’s why I will drive the distance to have them seen at your clinic. So again a great big thank you to everyone at the clinic for your help, consideration, and compassion!

I must stress how thankful I am that the Dr. took the time to explain all options in relation to overall cost and helping me understand what was most important to have done right now instead of just doing everything and handing me a bill larger then expected. I know I got excellect care for my dog by a very knowledgable Dr. who considered my dog s needs as well as the cost and helped me make the most cost effective choices that would get my dog better. I think we have found out vet clinic!
