Everything was great!

Pre-surgery time is stressful for an owner. It would be incredibly easier if it wasn t the time to do all of the decision making about labs, X-rays, etc. This felt like a salesman trying to push stuff at me as quickly as possible - and the stress having to leave her there left me in a hard place to make all of those important decisions about my pets heath and my financial situation.

We always have a good experience at Healthy Pet - I love that the staff knows our pets names and can recall past interactions, even though we are only in during the usual check up times.

I thought the staff did a tremendous job assuaging my very high anxiety when my kitty became extremely distressed while getting her vaccine boosters. Kudos to them in handling her and me at the same time. Also, to the staff who took my calls--I m not the easiest person to talk to on the phone. Two thumbs up!

We, and our cats, love Dr. Christman and wouldn t go anywhere else.

Our first New Puppy was wonderful. I appreciated the time and care given, and also the information that I needed.

I love this place. Compassionate veterinarians and staff. I do want to make a helpful suggestion. The lovely woman who was at the front desk continued to have a lengthy phone conversation about an appt. I was standing in front of her for a few minutes and she was wasn t ending or putting the person on hold. Only when I interrupted to ask if the clinic could bill me, did she put the person on hold so I could pay my bill. I think the person in the clinic should be given priority than someone on the phone (unless it s an emergency, of course). This is just a protocol issue and nothing to do to with the person. She was very nice. Thank you for reading this.

Thevsurgerynitself, however, was only oartually syccessful because 4 of the 7 stirches csme out. Thevstitches were the trestment so I am ubeasy about ling term correction of Luna s ear issue. On thevwhole, I love your clinic.

I love you guys and you are always so good to my senior pet, my only request would have been letting me know in advance she needed to come back in for another procedure so soon, I would have time & financially planned accordingly, so that we could have done it all in one visit.

The visit with the doctor and staff was extraordinary! I left with so much more knowledge about guinea pigs than I had walking in. You can really tell that everyone in the facility loves their job. And that s a wonderful thing to see.

The vet was a little late in coming into the room due to a prior pet taking longer than expected. However, that was only a minor inconvenience and overall our visit was great!

I was checking my kittens in for their spay and neuter and was worried about the procedure. I wish that the vet had reviewed the procedure and consents with me. Instead a tech (who was very nice of course) reviewed the pre-procedure paperwork with me. I just think it would have been more appropriate for the veterinarian to explain things to me and answer my questions about the surgery.
