I give top marks to the Healthy Pet staff and to Dr. Sue. I received an appointment the day after I called in, and Dr. Sue put my fears about Leo s lump to rest with the results of a simple test she performed. Thank you to everyone there.

Everyone is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Even without an appointment, I stopped in with a question and almost immediately someone was available to answer. I very much enjoy interacting with the staff and doctors and feel confident with the care.

I was referred to Dr. Christman many years ago, and I am so thankful for their care. Everyone in the office is so helpful and kind. Thank you for all your time and emotional support during the difficult times. You are the best!!!

We did have a scheduling challenge in getting day-of appt for our cat with mysterious injury. Not sure if there s a way to open up more time slots for this kind of need--we called on a Thurday, were told to try again at 7:30 next morning, and were still unable to get in until the next Tuesday. As a result we ended up taking her elsewhere, but would have preferred your office !

Not just this most recent visit, but virtually every visit I recall with Dr. Christman in the past - oh, I don t - 10 years or so has been excellent. Thank you!

I dont think the doctor I saw was the same woman I normally see - possibly though. One visit per year makes it hard to get fully acquainted. Excellent care, and I feel good bringing my pet here. Just thought I d offer the suggestion of having the doctor introduce him/herself each time and if they ve cared for the pet before.

It would be helpful if the vet spent time on basic pet care and ownership information with new pet owners. Basic education and information was insufficient.

We love Dr. Laura Oxley. She genuinely cares about her patients . Our Dezi enjoys his visits. We very much appreciate the feedback and recap of the report card sent in follow up email. $55 per examination seems a little steep to me but I really liked the service.

Thank you for taking such good care of Henry. I felt informed about the procedure and results but would suggest just giving more information about the anesthesia side effects. He was more disoriented than I expected and it would have been good to know to expect that after the procedure. I thought he might be groggy but he was really out of it, he vomited and was drooling and I had to lift him out of the crate. He was back to his normal self by the next morning but it was a big change to see him like that. Thanks for the great care though - overall very happy.
