Everyone was very kind, understanding and everything was explained to me in both the medical terms and in normal vernacular, and I did not feel pressured to cough up more money or pay for anything my cat did not need. Excellent staff from front desk to technicians. You can really tell these people love animals and will work with me to keep my dog healthy. The costs were very reasonable considering the high quality care we get each time we visit. I love Healthy Pet!

When reception is busy on phone, some acknowledgement of customers arriving in person should be given.

Service was great and quick, but the vet tech insist d that I stay in the waiting room, which I had never been asked before. It all turned out fine but I would have preferred to have been asked and explained the pros and cons of this, especially since I had never seen this tech before.

Everyone is amazing. Emily is always smiling and cheerful; she instantly makes people and their pets feel welcome. The assistant and the doctor were very friendly and really took the time to make sure I understood my options for helping my dog feel better.
