The vet tech was amazing with Dixie. She is normally super nervous when she goes to the vet or when we try to clip her nails, but her tail was wagging when she came out from getting her nails clipped at this appointment.

Heathy Pet Vet has been the clinic for our 2 terriers for over 15 years. Initially selected for location. 5 years ago moved from downtown Madison to Verona, still use the services of this clinic even though a 25 minute drive, mostly on the dreaded Beltline. We appreciate the professional and personal service of the vets, the assistants, the clerical staff.

Excellent service and liked the vet. Enjoyed the followup email with summary of our visit. Prices for service a little higher than our previous vet.

Didn t feel like I got sufficient information for the recommendations that were made. Was told initially what I should be changing but had to ask a lot of questions to figure out how I should accomplish them.

I was so glad i chose healthy pet vet clinic as my new clinic for a kitty i rescued. He was at anither vets clinic for over a week before i got him and dr. Humphrey found out a lot of problems thw other vet who had him for over a week never mentioned to me

I was really happy with our visit. I thought my dog was going to make things difficult but he actually felt comfortable enough to have the staff treat him. The whole experience was perfect!!

Everyone was exceptional at healthy pet. The receptionists, the vet techs and the doctors. Excellent care and service. Dr. Christman did an excellent job with Daisy s surgery on Daisy s foot.

First time at a vet as a new dog owner. Super friendly, helpful staff starting from the front desk and on from there. The vet walked me through everything I needed to know and do. I was a little intimidated before I walked in but I left confident in my duties as a new dog owner and knowing that I trust this clinic to help me with my dog s health needs. Thank you!

They only slighty negative comment I have about the whole experience would be the overpowering scent of a synthetic fragrence in the lobby/waiting area from a plug in. Synthetic chemials from plug-ins are very hazardous to animal health (humans included). I d prefer to see the clinic use something healthier, such as Young Living essential oils for deodorizing. I d be happy to help you research a healthier, non-toxic alternative if you d like! Other than that, here is what I wrote in my Google review Dr. Christman and the Heathy Pet Vet Clinic staff did an amazing job! I took my two chinchillas there Friday for checkups, and I was super impressed! The office was clean, warm, inviting and professional. The staff members were all very professional and kind. I drove two hours for this clinic and it did not disappoint! Dr. Christman was very impressive. She did a very thorough exam of each of my girls and did a wonderful job explaining the situation and what our treatment options were without pressuring me into anything. Dr. Christman clearly had the girls best interest in mind. I greatly appreciate the time she spent with us. She also emailed me full reports of each chinchilla s checkup the same day, which was awesome!! It was clear she was an expert in small exotics and great with their owners, which was exactly what I was looking for! All this for a reasonable price! I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Everything was great and we felt comfortable and like we were given the appropriate level of explanation of services and options! The vet tech also made me laugh and put both me and our cats at ease right away.

Some conflicting information given by 2 different veterinarians.

10/10 would go back again.

The appointment was great overall and I really appreciate that the staff values my guinea pig(not only this time but any time I ve been there). She s important to me and sometimes people think of guinea pigs as kind of disposable and not worthy of treating. I ve never felt that at this clinic. I appreciate the time that the staff took to make sure I had what I needed but it would have been helpful to get a demonstration or helpful hints for giving a very nervous animal several oral and topical medications.

Everything about Healthy Pet was excellent. I was greeted at the door with friendliness. The vet tech was very good at obtaining information. Dr. Laura was thorough in examining my dog, Rella, and offered a lot of extra ideas to assist me in caring for her. This was my second visit and I was so impressed that I won t be going anywhere else from now on.

Absolutely LOVE you guys! Everyone is so friendly:)
