I got an appointment with the same schedule with 3 other puppies at the same time, and on top of all that I have to wait for 50 min when I was on time for my dog appointment, and my information got mixed up with other people s files.

I have a very hard time understanding how this business is run. I saw 4 different people and spoke to who knows on the phone. No one speaks to one another. I spend an hour re-explaining myself over and over again. Something needs to be done to make this more streamlined and efficient.

Very impressed with the doctor that helped me today. He gave me clear instructions on what I need to do to take care of my cat further and knew the answers to all of my questions. He was very clear on the procedure on a checkup and assured me that she is in good hands. She is a very nervous cat but came home happy. He called me and spoke with me directly and I 100% appreciate that. Only issue I had was being checked in for my appointment then having my cat wait outside in the chilly weather for 20-30 minutes, but all I care about is that she was cared for properly by kind, professional people. I wish the workers coming in and out of the hospital would check in to make sure I ve been helped rather than walk right by me, but I also get that they are busy with other people. 9/10 experience!

My dog was neutered here and I loved the way they treated him and shared with me information about him during the procedure. They were worried afterwards and that made me feel a lot better. Also the pricing was not bad at all for the amazing treat I got. Thank you!

I love the staff in here, they are all so friendly and kind every visit and treat my puppy so well that she looks forward to going in! I’ve called a couple of times when I worried about my pup and they helped so much with my concerns and offered great advice. Great team and always great service!

Absolutely love the staff and environment. I’ve found my new vets and will be coming back over and over again. My cat was treated today and she came back to me not even upset about the visit today which has never happened before. Thank you for treating her so well while I was outside waiting, and answering all of my questions with the most care. I wasn’t dismissed or belittled..I’m very grateful.
