The staff and doctor were fantastic! So informative, friendly, efficient and very, very kind to both myself and our kitten. We couldnt have asked for a better first visit at a clinic and highly recommend this clinic to pet owners. The staff were very polite and informative and as new pet owners we are so happy to have the Jane Animal Hospital as our pet s clinic.

Both Oliver and I have had such a great experience with you. As a new dog owner I have found all of the staff to be incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I’m on the right track in supporting my puppy’s good health.

Thank you for squeezing time in so quickly for a sweet little one that I didn’t expect to come across. Day one I was scared to leave her for work and with a little love and care plus my visit with you I know she’ll be healthy in no time. Such a kind and obviously very caring staff and a much better experience than I’ve had at a previously vet, it really makes all the difference. My kitten had been spade the previous week and Jane Animal Hospital took her into their care, last minute after a long weekend, for surgery to repair a few of the stitches that had opened and were infected. Thanks to the team to fit her in to their schedule, especially considering all of the extra time and care needed during the pandemic.
