Great first visit for my puppy and I especially with the new COVID precautions. The vet and staff took the time let me know what was going etc.

For the 3rd question I wasn t able to come in on my 2 recent visits but from my other previous visits the office is super clean. Id also like to say that the staff at jah really care about the animals. They called me to bring katie in for a re weigh as she is overweight and they want to control it. I also think Dr Rogue is great! Thank you to the all the staff for everything.

I wanted to thank each staff member I interacted with at Jane Vet on Saturday May 9. From the office assistants (I called a couple of times) to the vet tech and veterinarian. I felt comfortable letting Olive go in to the office without me. And she seemed pretty content when she was returned to me. The piece that made me most happy was that I was not made to feel quilty for not doing a 100.00 test that may or may not have been necessary. Dr. Johnson suggested it and then also said that she would wait a couple of days. That has not been my experience elsewhere. Thank you so much from Olive and Randi

I had technical problems, the technician could hear me but I couldn t hear her. Instead of hanging up.. she was really positive and wrote what she wanted to say for me to read. I really appreciate it. With everything going on, we felt that the whole experience was really positive. Thank you1
