Staff are always friendly and professional amidst the occasional challenge with an anxious or sick pet. Always relieved at the displayed patience and sensitivity to a client s needs which is a good omen to help navigate options in care for one s pet. I ve never felt pressured to seize an option that I might feel uncomfortable with because of cost or other considerations which instils a greater degree of confidence in advice and care provided. Kudos to this business ethos.
