I had a great experience today. The vet was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very caring and understanding doctor. It’s difficult not being able to comfort and join the dogs because of covid, so its reassuring when you have such pleasant and caring staff.

I appreciated the thorough phone call from Dr. Roque before and after the examination. Very happy with our visit overall.

Everything was ok, except the doctor himself....Very rude, he made me feel like a criminal for bringing dog there. Def will never be back, was an emergency situation.

Given the appointment was very different than what we were use to, the staff and doctor sure made it as “normal” as they could. But, they have always been super professional and friendly every time we come in or call.

i was extremly happy with the quality of service and the great knowlege the vet had about my cat and even gave me some helpful tips for looking after my cat. i highly recocomend this office.

Everyone and everything was fine

The valet service process was easy to follow and the staff were super friendly, answered all of my questions and didn t rush me through the appointment. They were also super understanding about my pet s anxiety around being at the vet.

Having to bring in my 12 year old cat for an emergency assessment and then dental surgery was made much less stressful due to the kindness of all of the staff. A special thanks to Juan, who helped get my cat in for the emergency visit even though the day was fully booked.

Staff excellent as usual, my only suggestion would be that given I had a very anxious dog who first wouldn’t get out of the car to come into the surgery, and I had to carry him (50lb dog) to front door and help the technician push him to the waiting room. Poor guy was so stressed and so was I. I understand COVID restrictions, but if I had been able to at least walk him into reception (of course wearing my mask and keeping the appropriate distance) he would have not been so stressed and terrified. Getting him back to the vets next time is going to be a bigger nightmare.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The pet pick up process could run more smoothly; seems to be communication breakdown some times, but overall, very good. Thanks!

I love this office everyone is so sweet and kind and take great care of my dog. The only thing I can say is that the wait time even with appointment is a little long. I had an appointment at four and my pup wasn’t in the building until almost 430. This isn’t the biggest deal it’s just that I’m not a driver and it’s still pretty cold out so not being able to get in and out quickly means I’m sitting out in the cold a lot longer. I know it’s hard with everything going on and again the care is amazing and that’s what is important
