I absolutely love ALL of the ... October 03, 2016 I absolutely love ALL of the staff! Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The only thing different that I would like to see is getting an estimate for expenses/procedures before they are done. This is done for drop-off services but not for in-clinic services. For example, I brought in a dog that was having abdominal tenderness, excessive thirst, and excessive urinating and Dr. Gabbard examined him and then took him back for some tests and then came back with results and a big bill! I personally don t have a problem with paying the bill but I know others may not be able to afford it. I think an upfront warning of the costs would be so much better whether you can afford it or not. |
