This is my first pet and vet visit. I was in an out in a very timely manner, however I feel that the amount of time I received was more than enough. Apparently a couple people had called out sick that day But I never would have known by the service I received. Very happy!

As always the staff was wonderful.

This was our first visit to the Colonie Animal Hospital. Although the exam room was clean the waiting area smelled of pet urine. Although I know this is an animal hospital, I would hope that better care would be taken as to not turn anyone away. I really did like the vet we saw and she took really good care of my pet and was very comforting to me.

Our Jinx (dog) had a blood test, and all was well. Everything was explained, and the staff was pleasant as always. We have never had a problem with Colonie Animal Hospital.

I know I asked to have KatieScarlett s BP checked, however I was not aware it was going to cost $40, I dont think I would have done that, if I had been informed, as it was just a whim on trying to think of something that might help her feel better in her geriatric years; But we both love Dr. Kinne

I love bring my dogs for their care! We are people/dogs there..not a number like other facilities. Everyone is so nice and helpful!
