I miss in person appointments. I understand why things do have to be this way. Hopefully things will ease up later thi year. Thank you all for your constant professionalism.

About office being clean not allowed in do to Covid but always were clean in the past.

As usual, it was a good visit for my girl! Love our vet- Dr Kinne, love the techs, & love the schedulers & basic front line people - they run a great office!

I would have liked to know what tests were going to be run ahead of time to be able to budget for them

Hello, Answers to questions 1-3 should be Excellent (5)- not sure if they registered. I was so very happy that my dog Rosie was seen by Dr. Kinne. Brandi only had a nail trim, but everything went smoothly, wait time was not long at all.

Although I understand the temporary COVID restrictions of the office I hope we will be able to enter the office with our pets soon. Thanks

Been coming here for over 30 years and my husband s family before that. Always great care and good service.

I think with dealing with Covid the staff did a great job to get my pet out of the car at the time of my appointment. It really went very smoothly and efficiently. I appreciated the doctor answering all my questions. I thought the $95 was a little too much, but my pet needed to be seen. I think $75 for an emergency visit would be more reasonable.

One young woman (Stephanie, I think. Receptionist? Tech? Not sure. Nobody fully introduced themselves over the phone) was incredibly curt and abrasive. When I asked a question about how fast my cat s results would be in, she answered in a tone that made me feel stupid for even asking. Also, I realize you re a busy clinic, but I waiting for over an hour. I m pretty sure my cat was simply forgotten about, because when I finally called in to inquire, the doctor called back quickly.

Under the circumstances that we all have to deal with, I think you system works great.
