We ve been going to CAH for years. The care that our dogs have received has always been high quality. We appreciate the vets and staff!

Dr Koren-Roth was wonderful! He really took the time to examine my pet which I greatly appreciated especially as she is a small pet. I have had bad experiences with small animal vets in the past so I was nervous at my first visit but Dr Koren-Roth restored my faith. He was considerate, respectful, listened to and really contemplated what I had to say and ultimately helped me help my small friend. The receptionist was also as nice as can be, wouldn t hesitate to come back.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit!!! My kittens were thoroughly checked out and their overwhelming well-being was important to the staff...

My dog and I were early for our appointment. There was no one else in the waiting room when we arrived. We were taken into an exam room and the dog was weighed and we spoke briefly on why we were there, then we waited 30 minutes in the exam room while waiting for a vet. I walked out to the reception area to inquire. When I did, there were a bunch of people there with their pets (all being cared for) while we were apparently being ignored. When the vet finally arrived, she tried to explain that the delay comes from people who are late to their appointments. That explanation was not satisfactory to me because I was not late and should not have had to wait as long as I did. It was an unreasonable and inexcusable amount of time to wait. If we were that late to the appointment, I am sure we would have been turned away and would have had to reschedule.

I did not ask questions about bill. I just paid it. Staff was friendly. I like getting the first appointment in the morning because I was taken right in. MY dog has anxiety when I bring her to the vet. Therefore, it is great getting in and out fast when you are first appointment.

The staff is always so friendly and it s very clear that they remember our dogs every time they see them. It s a smaller office so people and staff always chat a bit in the waiting room. Been going there forever.
