Everyone at this hospital is gracious polite helpful kind and caring. My pets are well taken care of by the extremely knowledgeable and compassionate medical staff.

I have been going there for over 30 years.

The person who took my dog in and out was very friendly and took the time to meet my dog since this was his first visit. The vet spent a lot of time on the phone explaining my dog s health and answering my questions which was very appreciated.

It is very difficult to get in touch with Dr. Kinne, and that is very frustrating. She is a very good and thorough doctor, but when it becomes very hard to even get her on the phone it is a very frustrating experience. It s not isolated, either.

Always thoroughly satisfied with our visits even during the Covid pandemic. We greatly appreciate doctors and all staff at Colonie Animal Hospital.

Staff always friendly and exactly what I expected.

Was not allowed inside so have no idea if it was clean or not. Receptionist suggested that I need to see the vet instead of the needed tech appointment to be able to accompany my dog in. Handing my anxious at times dog over to a stranger in the parking lot on a very busy road makes me extremely uneasy. Until a time when I can be the one responsible for handling him we will not be coming back. Wearing a mask to see a tech or a vet is the same so I’m not exactly sure what you feel the difference is.

Need to start coming in with r babies not leaving them alone they r scared there r 3 rooms have staff come out and take us into rooms when done take out one at a x so no waiting in room

This is a awesome practice. Unfortunately I’m relocating in December and will have to find another place. (In another state)I highly recommend the colonie animal hospital to people. They are caring and take their time with you. The support staff is amazing and treat your animals great. They care about you and your pet. None of my animals are afraid to go to them because they make it a great experience. I had to board my dog once, hard for me to do, but I trusted the people at the hospital and did not worry. Also their prices are more affordable then some of the other practices.

In the future I would appreciate knowing before hand that I could not accompany my pets inside. I understand the precautions due to the pandemic but was not told prior to checkin in the day of that that was the case. I would just like to have been prepared. Thank you.

Didn t get to go inside. Can t wait for that part to change. Always nice if you can accompany your pet.
