Been coming here for years. Changed hands many years ago due to the previous owner retiring, and some changes after that, but still great service and treatment. They have for sure kept up with any advances in treatment. Would recommend them to anyone!

I recently moved to Albany from out of state and this was the first time I brought my dog to Colonie Animal Hospital. It was an appointment due to an Illness. I was thrilled with the entire experience!

This is a vet office that I feel is like coming home when you walk in. Everyone is exceptionally polite, caring, concerned, and always professional. I wouldn’t recommend going anyplace else.

The doctor gave me a lot of information. She was about 50. She talked a lot, did not give me a chance to say very much, would have liked to be able to say more to her, but she could talk at length, a bit long winded she was. She was nice though.

I feel that the doctor was great and took her time talking to me. I feel she and I share the same concerns for my senior girls teeth. Hopefully treatment will start soon and with success.

Extremely accomadating to my family and dog who has severe social skills with other dogs. Customer service is excellent. They even sent us a handwritten Thank you note thanking us for our business. Prices are great. Very thorough service.

Next time we might need to come in the other door because Lucky is not very friendly with other dogs and it seems to be exacerbated in the waiting room.
