The survey is not working for me, I rated the practice excellent in all categories. Erin (on the boarding kennel side) even helped me bring my other young, rambunctious dog from the car. The help was appreciated.

an IDEA: With all of the excitement handling our pets, sometimes it would be helpful to hear a few reminder questions of things like is he scratching? licking his paws, sneezing, drinking standing water outside... COMPLIMENT: KUDOS to the techs who cut my 94 lb dog s nails, they let him stay standing instead of holding him down, which alleviated all of his stress, he did not moan or cry at all.

Newer staff member has made several mistakes. Worries me a bit when caring for my pet. First time gave her wrong vaccine. Second time marked pets weight wrong which resulted in wanting to give my dog a higher dose of heart worm medicine. I now feel I have to second guess everything. Also, there is always something my dog needs that doesn’t seem to be on the plan that I’m paying monthly. And these are things like meds or Lyme disease vaccine. Doesn’t bode well for me continuing the plan.
