Dr. Leslie Burke and Steve are truly great! Patient, understanding, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Not once did I feel that my appointment was rushed and the front desk was courteous and very efficient!

It was our first visit, and despite my kitten being terrified, everyone was compassionate, patient, and kind. Not to mention the vet techs and vets are experts, and took lots of time to answer all of our questions. Very happy to have found a new vet for our fur babies.

Everything was superb, staff are highly qualified, efficient and friendly. I noticed that every single person I met or saw was smiling!! Each time I brought one of my dogs I always received a follow-up call the next day - which I was very impressed with. The reason we bring our pets to this clinic is because of the level of trust we have with the staff. Finny is an older dog and you never know what could happen. The vet was fantastic. She was very nice to Finny and spoke to him throughout the exam. This is huge! Additionally, she answered all of my questions and was very thorough when explaining things. There was no excessive upselling of services. We have also recommended this practice to our neighbors. They now bring their pets here as well. We would not bring our pets anywhere else. ??

Dundas West Animal Hospital is THE BEST!!!

Pet care is expensive regardless of how great the service is. That s why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. The care was still excellent. The cost just hurts no matter where you go.

Thank you so much for your excellent care of Minou! The team listened to all my questions and offered clear recommendations and advice. The staff really went above and beyond by cleaning Minou up before her appointment (she had an accident in her carrier on the way to the appointment). The front-end staff was also incredibly accommodating and helpful when we had to reschedule our original appointment date while we recovered from COVID. Thank you!
