My dog, who is very uncomfortable around strangers did amazingly well for his first visit. This speaks volumes to the attention that was given to my email where I addressed these concerns, and to him during the appointment. He was relaxed and allowed himself to be examined. The Hospital exceeded my expectations with that alone. The information that I was provided with regarding his exam was thorough, and I did not feel rushed to leave. I m very grateful for the positive experience by not only Dr. Effendi but the others who were so in tune with our needs and who offered us such a warm welcome. Great team work!! I look forward to continuing our relationship in caring for Blu. I sense that it will only be a matter of time where he s laying on his back, waiting for belly rubs from the whole team!
