My first experience at DWV was great. The staff was very apologetic about the wait outside in the snow shivering but due to the pandemic rules, it was not the fault of the vet’s of course. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Merola and Shirley. They explained everything thoroughly and listened to my concerns. I will definitely recommend Dundas West.

All Great!! Slight issue with reminder txt for covid protocol registry. Had done it, yet it was txted to me again day of my appt. I had to call in, delaying me, to be sure all was ok & form had been received.

I can’t really comment on the vet’s examination due to curbside care…but i will say they went over and above to make it as easy a visit for my anxious dog as possible , building on what they learned from her previous visit - and i was very impressed with this and grateful as well.

We have been bringing our dog Violet to DWAH for the past four years and have always been impressed with the care and attention she (and we) have received from all of the staff. Everyone including the veterinarians, vet techs and front desk staff is courteous and friendly and take the time to explain things and answer our questions. I recommend DWAH to friends and colleagues whenever I get the chance.

I love Dundas West Animal Hospital. Pets are family, and there s no one else I would entrust with our furry little ones :) Thank you for your care and generosity always.
