I literally do not know what we would do without Dr. Do. We have two aging pets and she is the first vet that we feel comfortable having totally transparent conversations with about our wishes for the last years of life. Her incredible patience and willingness to work through our (seemingly) never ending concerns is something you can t be a $ value on. We can t imagine a more caring partner for our pets. This latest visit really confirmed for us why DWAH is the best! Our senior 16.5 yo dog seemed to have an eye infection on Friday night and couldn’t open her right eye. I phoned first thing on Saturday but was told you were fully booked and unable to accommodate us. I then called the emergency clinic on Norseman who advised that we could “drop in” after 10am. We arrived there around 10:30am and called in, only to be told that one of their vet techs had phoned in with COVID so they were understaffed and couldn’t take us in. (Under the circumstances, perhaps just as well.) By this time, Anya had both peed and pooped in the car. I called DWAH again, explained the Norseman situation, and we were graciously accommodated with a 12:40pm appointment and advised that this was a double booking and might be a bit of wait. No problem, we’d wait! When we arrived, there was no wait at all. Dr Do was seeing Anya for the first time and was very thorough in her exam, listening to our experiences over the past few days and running all the relevant eye tests, at least those that Anya would tolerate! We were comforted to leave with a diagnosis (corneal ulcer), eye drops, and the knowledge that her eyes were otherwise generally okay for a geriatric dog. All in all, we were very impressed and very appreciative!

My N/A answers reflect my actual lack of knowledge. Because of COVID I really don t know what happened in the examination of my Stella and as to your charges, I have not compared the Dundas clinic with others to ascertain the value. I think your veterinarians are top notch and have never had a complaint with your services, even going back to the earliest days. Dr. Alex is a star, of course, and Dr. Barren (Barron?) helped with Stella yesterday and called for further follow up today. He was excellent and I would certainly schedule with him again.

Dr Folosea and team were very thorough and patient. Thank you. But what has actually stuck with me from that visit was the greeting: someone came outside to do the intake for a dog. This person saw me waiting outside with Butters and they quickly brought her inside before doing the dog s intake so she didn t have to wait in the sun/heat. I was just quietly minding my business and was caught off guard but in a good way. This person (I want to say Shevon?? So sorry if I got that wrong) also then told me that Steve would be out soon to do Butters s intake with me. I just thought it was so sweet of this person to do that. It left an impression. Thank you.
