I was very impressed with the atmosphere, staff and excellent quality of care at Dundas West. I d been told that the team was very greyhound-savvy, and this is most definitely the case. The exam was very thorough, and to a person, the staff were so kind and caring in describing the proposed procedure and required home after-care. I feel very lucky to have put Jack into the caring hands at DWAH.

The Librela appointment was excellent. Everything was ready before the vet tech entered the examination room, which helped keep my dog calm ( the in-and-out of staff has always escalated my dog in the past). The vet tech was gentle and quick, making the appointment as seamless as it could be. Well done team

We took our dog in for an urgent situation which was dealt with quickly and professionally. We were called the next day to see how our pet was faring and were offered a follow-up appointment in advance of our scheduled appointment, if needed. Impressive service and overall kindliness.

As always, the care at Dundas West Animal Hospital is excellent. Dr. Kovacevic went above and beyond in his care for Minou. I really appreciate that he clearly laid out for us what the available tests were and our options vis-a-vis possible risks as well as cost (for example, in clinic labs v.s. external) so we could make informed decisions. Thank you to your team and staff for accommodating us yesterday for an early morning appointment, too. I know it is a busy time of year and it means so, so much to us that we can get the issues with Minou investigated.

Always a wonderful experience at your clinic! One suggestion would be to have an online booking system, or at least calendar view so folks can find appointments that are least disruptive to their schedule. I have no doubt there is a reason you don t have that, I d imagine because of how complex your operation is, plus the needs of animals (and their humans!). Just a thought! But, always a 10/10 experience. It really does come across that all the staff care an incredible amount about their patients!

I always receive prompt, polite and effecient service. People seem to work well as a team, which is important for efficiency and effectiveness. The cost of dealing with an ear infection seemed a bit high, but I am willing to pay for good care.

I ve always heard from neighbours how much they love Dundas West and now I can understand! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly love dogs. Thanks for answering the million questions that I had. I think the vet missed checking my dog s temperature but there were a lot of things going on. The team was exceptionally helpful when I called on the phone to quickly get our dog the help he needed and they were understanding and accommodating.
