Excellent care and knowledge for my livestock and domestic animals.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. They listened when I told them things about what my pet is doing. They told what things I can do, or, try. They give suggestions trying different things an help out with his eating habits an keeping him active. I enjoy the people that work here They r awesome with your pet an seem so gentle... I would recommend GEM CITY Vets 2 anyone that needs 2 take.their pets in 2 b seen or 2 help their pets... Everyone is always awesome an friendly...... Price is reasonable..... I couldn t change the value in the ratings section. All it would allow was five stars. Doc Dickson has been great and I enjoy doing business with her. I have never had a bad experience with anybody at Gem. They only thing they may improve upon is that sometimes they return phone call a day or two after I leave a message.

After being challenged by an unfortunate experience with a groomer, my large dog is having a much better time now, thanks to Gem City:) I really appreciate the special attention their friendly staff has taken, going out of their way, to help Moose have a great time at the vet s again! - Thank you, Gem City!!

I recently switched back to a Laramie vet practice after years of leaving town to see other vets because I really felt that our vet services in Laramie were seriously lacking. Gem City provides quality vet care! I feel heard and the choices I make for my pets are respected by your vets and your staff. There are two things that could use some improvement. 1) Saturday appointments would be helpful for those of us who work. There are successful practices in cheyenne and Colorado that pull this off with even limited Saturday hours and an extra charge for a Saturday appointments. I’d happily pay more for a Saturday visit with you. 2) follow up after visits hasn’t been great. Prescriptions that are promised haven’t been ordered and follow up on discussion items can take a very long time before they happen. I know you’re all extremely busy, but maybe you could look into how this can be improved.

We think you and staff are directly responsible for the death of our beloved little girl.

All of your people are wonderful. They were kind and considerate of both our dogs. Lily is scared of the floor and they put down rugs for her before we even entered the building. I also really, really appreciated that they let me stay with Lily as they lasered off a skin tag. They are amazing and I would recommend Gem City to anyone and everyone! Thank you!
