I was very pleased with my encounter at Gem City Vet, as always. I had to drop off a urine sample for my dog. Was called later by Dr. Murray to personally explain the results and discuss treatment options and further care. Always have exemplary service and every attempt to make it easiest on my dog is always considered.

The vet and the vet staff were very kind in answering my questions. I never felt hurried. I do worry about how successful they are. It was a little hard to get into the therapy appointments. Thank you for caring about my pets!

I appreciate the way you have adjusted visits and services to accommodate COVID restrictions. It s not ideal, but it works very well and allows my dogs to get the care they need while keeping everyone as safe as we can be.

My fur baby was given a bordatella shot when I specifically said he did not need this one. So I was charged for something I didn t expect. Also, I never received a receipt showing everything I was charged. They just told me it was $101.43? Other than that I trust you guys with my fur babies and I appreciate everything you do. I would not take my babies any where else. Thank you

Our pet died the following day after the visit. We were not told this was so serious. The internal bleeding was horrific within 26 hours. Unacceptable to be billed $300 for an animal this fatally ill.

Gem city has always given my pets incredible care. Even when I call with an emergency, someone is able to see my pet immediately. Love this practice!

They handled the COVID process so well and we feel that they treated our dogs like with love just like they would when we were there.

Our experience is always wonderful! Our vet had an emergency surgery that day and was the reason for the longer wait time. We are very satisfied with Gem City Veterinary Services.

No complaints, just a suggestion. On the discharge papers maybe include something saying how long it typically takes to heal from a neuter/declaw. That way customers have a general idea how long pet hat to wear the cone of shame .

I understand that need to distance everyone, but I was just wondering if it might be easier for everyone to wait in their car and be able to come in once it is their appointment time. It is hard for the staff to be standing outside trying to explain everything to you or take down your information and you don t feel you can ask to many questions because you feel sorry for them and want them to be able to go back in side and be warm.
