I have no suggestions. This Veterinary Clinic is the best. I think everyone is great. Dr. Murray is the best!!

My tech only appointment led to a recommendation for follow up testing. The tech was good at explaining how that test would be done, but less good at describing what we hoped to learn from it and what next steps might be. I know that is more a conversation for the vet, but it was a little frustrating to leave without having an opportunity to talk to the vet. Perhaps I should have asked to do so. I hope I will be able to do so when I bring my pet in for the recommended test!

Maggie was especially helpful, and felt like the Gem City staff appreciated my cat, and my patronage.

This susrvey doesn t seem to work very well. Clicking over a star mostly doesn t mark anything.

Shiloh and I were brand new patients. The entire staff were so loving and professional. The Veterinarian was so informative and caring. I will recommend Gem City.

This was an emergency situation. Shelby was amazing and helpful on the phone when I called in. Dr Murrary listened and was patient with my questions. I am so grateful to the staff at Gem City

To be more endepth with explaining what was done. Expecily since we cannot be in a room and ask questions. To be as detailed as possible. I had lots of questions but was being rushed and didn t feel I got an explanation that help me understand what was going on.

Dr. Walker is top-notch! She is so thorough with both of our dogs and she doesn t try to rush us out of the room. She always asks if we have any concerns, and then offers solutions to help. We are so happy with our decision to switch to Gem City!

Thank you for the easy social-distanced drop-off process. Expectations were communicated clearly, and Frances was really friendly and gathered a good deal of information before taking Walter into the building. Her explanation when she brought Walter back was good but brief--it would ve been nice to maybe have the vet come out with her, but I m guessing that s not especially practical. That s the only small moment when I wished for a slightly different procedure during this COVID time. Thanks!

Thank you so much for the TLC for Leah!! Upon returning to Texas we took Leah to VSNT (Veterinary Specialists of N. Tx) where she had her radiation. She had been scoped on Aug. 3rd & what was thought to be an abcess was actually a very aggressive cancer that took over & spread throughout her sinuses, mouth, throat, & lungs. She will be kept comfortable until euthanized next week. ??

I appreciate the efforts taken to keep everyone well. It also made it easier on my pet to wait in the car.

I feel like it would be beneficial to all if somebody inside was staffed only to grab people with their Pat coming in or had a couple of dedicated cell phones. When it s busy, we are all sitting out in the parking lot calling in, and I m sure it s as frustrating for you all as it is for us.
