Everyone at Gem city is so sweet! Our cat, Harmony, is slowly (very slowly) getting use to going to the vet. She doesn’t hide as much as she did when we got her two years ago! She still gets spooked but she’s an anxious kitty and the staff are always great with her! This is gonna sound weird but I think Harmony likes it when the staff talk to her because my boyfriend and I do it all the time at home ??

You wait in your car to be seen. Your tech and vet wear masks. Everything is disinfected. BUT the front desk person isn t wearing a mask? If I had known that, I wouldn t have gone in to my pet s appointment.

The only issue I ran into is that my dog, Maggie, was mixed up with another dog for a radiology appointment on Thursday. The appointment on Monday went great.

The staff is amazing and helpful. The doctor takes time to help explain what going on and go over all options that are available for treatment. GEM CITY is amazing and I would recommend it!!

I have a dog that does not like people very much and i was thinking you all would have a hard time if i wasn t with her. When I mentioned it to the tech she said i could come in to the room with the outside door. It was a huge help and i didn t have to worry. Thank you!

Dr. Murray did splendid at talking me through and explaining what was happening and occurring with my aging dog and continuing his care. I always appreciate her patience and kindness. I do continue to be disgruntled with the disorganization of the facility, particularly front desk staff (with exception of Sandy, who is out of this world!). Shelby is continually blunt, arrogant, short of rude, and does not listen or comprehend to what is being said.

During g all that is going on Gem city Veterinary service was great! Made an appointment very quick and easy. They are al ways kind towards people and animals.
