I think it took longer because of the COVID-19 precautions. I agree that we need to keep each other safe, but I also missed being in the exam room with my pet. My son was petting her on Saturday and she reacted as though she was in pain. It took her 10 minutes to calm down. If I had been in the exam room I would know which spots to avoid, and possibly why she would be in that much pain. I have never seen her react like that before.

Since we really had to work from the parking lot and telephone, I believe that the treatment of Mr. Smokey was top shelf. Thank You!

Every thing was OK until the next day. He wouldn t move and if he did the back legs were weak. Just laid there with those eyes that looked like he was unhappy or in pain. The next day was better and the following day was fine. Just wanted you to know in case any of the medicine you gave him have this kind of effect on an animal.Sandra Reher (THOR)

I live in Cheyenne......so I have to take a day off work to bring my dog, Arlo in. it would be really helpful if you were open a half day on Saturday. Or maybe had one or 2 days a week you were open until 6.

The service and prices are so much better than what s available in Cheyenne that it s worth the drive.

The Sputer suit was worthless and caused us a lot of troubles. But, the actual service we received was good, I just don t recommend the Sputer suits post surgery at all.

We really felt like the doctor and the tech paid attention to our pet and us and were thoughtful in prescribing.

All employees have always been very friendly and helpful. I am always comfortable bringing my family pets to them.
