I was able to get my dog in on the same day and the vet was able to resolve his issue in less then half an hour.

You made me feel so good when Dr Murray told me Bella s teeth were like a 3 year old and she s almost 8 years old. All of you were so friendly and I can t thank you enough. Jamie did a great job on her nails too...no more scratches!!!!

I think the only negative I could ever say about them is the difficulty getting in to see them. They re so wonderful everyone wants to take their animals here, so we have to wait in line. Knowing you are taking your fur-babies to the best doctors in town is comforting.

The staff always goes out of their way to make my both me and my animals at ease with every visit. They are so efficient and take my concerns seriously. I will never trust anyone else with my precious fur babies.

When i came in to pick up my cat I was given a explanation of what she could not do for 7-10 days. The most important being that she could not lick wound or risk infection. When My cat was discharged to me I was handed the cone and my cat carrier and told to put the cone on myself. I did not bring my cat in with a collar, i did not know this was needed to fix the cone. It brings me to wonder if restricting my cat from being able to lick her would was emphasized to be so important then why was she discharged to me without the cone? How long had she been in the back room able to lick her wounds? Why was I not informed that I needed to bring a collar? Why does gem city not have collars for cases like this The multiple conversations I had when I called in to schedule the appointment and then confirmation of the appointment, I made it very clear that I was a first time cat owner and that I did not know what I needed to bring.

Gem City doctors and staff are the best! ??

As new dog parents, it was helpful to be given pamphlets about studies, food diets, and other information regarding the health of our dogs. I appreciated all the resources they gave us!

We were very happy with the appointment. I tried giving your survey 5 stars on two different browsers, Safari and Chrome. It doesn t look like either browser accepted my input.
