The service is excellent one problem is getting through to make appointments. I have to call a number of times before getting through. The phone number does not always go through.

I am always impressed with your staff at all levels. Such kindness and respect. This was the most thorough exam that we have received in all the years of pet ownership by far. Thank you for that! I appreciate that your clinic tries to make it simple for owners and affordable. We switched from a clinic that charged us every time we slipped through the door. One suggestion I have is that when you know (you might always not) that a dog with questionable behavior have a different entrance. The few times I have been in there recently, I have witnessed three aggressive incidents by large dogs. One was barely under control by an owner who was desperately trying to train her dog with treats- was growling at everyone. I have had to move to other parts of the waiting room with my dog and once couldn t enter from the breezeway. Thanks for giving me the chance for feedback.

I think everything went great

I was told that the Dr. would come speak to me about results. I waited for 45 min and then the receptionist suggested I wait for a call the next day.

I feel like the vets are always trying to sell allergy meds for my dog. Always pushing the up sale. I always enjoyed small town vets but the whole push more meds is pretty crazy to me.

The front reception staff was very kind and helpful as they always are. When it came time to speak with providers the tech was very attentive and listened carefully. Dr. Speiser was excellent and made sure to take time to answer all of my questions as well as follow up with me after my appointment. I feel very confident in the care I receive at this office. Thank you.

Gem City was great! You all fit me in at the last minute and made it work.

Gem City Veterinary takes such good care of me and my animals. I can t imagine going anywhere else.

Our vet had a full appt schedule but they accommodated us by leaving our dog there and she saw her between appts. It worked so well and we were truly appreciative of this effort.

Everything was great except there was a decent wait time to be see by the tech and then another wait time to be seen by the doctor. I was there for an hour just for puppy shots...seemed long but the care my puppy got was great. So, if longer wait times mean better service then I m willing to wait! I love Gem City and what you guys have done for my dogs. Thank you!!
