I had to have someone pick up a RX for me and no one explained to them that it needed to be refrigerated, so it was left out. When i called i was told it SHOULD be ok but didnt seem to check with a dr to verify...

The visit was very professional and I appreciated being let in the back while my dog had her heartworm test. I was in and out quickly. Also, the vet tech input my prescription for heartworm meds and I had an email right away from Vetsource.

The people at Gem City are caring and kind. They take the time to listen and hear your concerns.
