The only thing is when I called in and told them all I wanted done with Caspie and Chip that they did not have it all written down for some reason. Chips nails and Caspie s Claws to be cut.

I have NEVER had a bad experience here. Every person I have ever dealt with has been amazing with me and my fur babies. I am super crazy when it comes to them and the staff understands this and explains everything that they are doing. I trust them with the most important things in my life.

I love how you treated Ori like he was part of your family and took the time to listen to my concerns and reassure me that he would be ok. I had always been leery about taking him to the vet because of previous experiences with another vet here in town but you guys showed him only compassion. Thank you!

My animals have seen the vets at Gem City for years. I have confidence in and trust them. This was my first time seeing Dr. Dickson, and I loved her bedside manner with both me and my cat. Sandy and Jamie are always great. Everyone is friendly and caring. My only complaint would be the busyness of the clinic, and the difficulty in seeing Dr. Gil who was my original vet when she had a business on 3rd St. But with that said, I’ve grown comfortable with the other vets and trust the care my animals receive.

I made my first online appt this time and it was a pretty easy process. However I requested that we have Crystal because we come to Gem City because of Crystal and we were with Gem City when Crystal took over. There was no mention or reference to it prior to the appt or at the appt. This has happened before when we have requested Crystal. Disappointing. However,Kelsey was very nice and helpful.

Both Dr. Walker and Vet Tech Kema were exceptional to deal with. I once again came in with an unknown cat and unknown disorder. They were so confident in their treatment and considerate of Macey, and the Crazy Cat Lady, so many thanks to all. Will stay with them if possible.

Having been a patient of Dr. Zander s, it would have been useful to learn of her departure, prior to me calling to make an appointment with her. It delayed the visit time and availability. I do appreciate the individualization and personal care that I find at Gem City Vet.

Our treatment was excellent. Crystal and Jamie treated us like a friend and treated my dog, Gracie as if she was their pet. And Sandy always greets me by name and makes me feel welcome. Plus, the care couldn t be better! Thank you Gem City Vets!!!
