Thanks for getting me in so quickly. I wanted to get Ted checked out before I left town on Friday, and the staff at Gem City made it happen. I appreciate the follow-up from Dr. Kelcy Walker. This was the first time I met her, and she was very concerned about Ted and his problems.

We have a Vet in Idaho we’ve been with for 15 plus years... whenever we are anywhere else we always run things by them before seeing a Vet out of town... this is the third Vet we have tried in Laramie and they are on the same lines as our Vet in Idaho.. so nice !

Sage was very sick when we arrived. Dr Walker and the entire staff took so much time and compassion attending to her needs. The bottom line, Sage is home, comfortable, and breathing so much easier. This whole experience and outcome turned out way better than I expected. Thank you!!!

Best vet office I ve been to! Prices were so so much cheaper than I ve seen in other cities and from what I ve read about similar visits online. Office was very clean, smelled great, and staff was super friendly and nice!

The only problem was the port was not removed from Pepper s leg, and I luckily noticed it just before we left the office. So I wondered if removing it was not kind of a rush job; I could hear his displeasure in the back room. But then, Pepper s almost always displeased. Thanks for the lower than expected bill!

The only thing that I would have liked is a breakdown of the medicine that I was being sent home with and charged for prior to my card being ran. I was simply told a total, asked for my card, and then was given a breakdown of the medicine after the fact.
