I had one dog with open wounds becoming infected and you were able to get us in that day, then I brought a 2nd dog in with me that had just had an ear chewed and you saw her also. Everyone was great and my pets were treated with care and efficiency. Thank you.

I think a bit more explanation of how to avoid coming in again post-operatively would have been helpful, but that falls us on us a bit as well. Feels tricky to contain a high activity furball when needed, so tips would be helpful.

I especially appreciate that Crystal does everything she possibly can to make them better and doesn’t give up. Pricing for the services is very good, and it helps me so much they I can post date checks, and at times do payments when I don’t have the money up front. Thank you much!

I am so thankful for Dr. Gill and Jamie. We have a lot going on here on this little farm, and we trust Dr.Gill with all of our beloved animals. We recently had to put down our horse and Chrystal was wonderful. She cried with us, and truly cared about me, my husband, and my kids. I can not thank Dr. Gill and Jamie enough, we love you guys!

I am very happy with the services provided by the Doctors and Staff. My feelings are listened to and my thoughts are respected. I also use the services of a certified veterinarian who uses alternative approaches in caring for animal companions. The veterinarians at GEM CITY are very respectful and take into consideration this veterinarian s ideas.There is a nice give and take in the conversations between myself and the Doctors/Veterinarians. I highly recommend Gem City Veterinary Services.

Gem City treats my dog like family! He s been a regular there for a year now and it s so nice when we walk in, he s treated like a celebrity. Makes the situation so much easier for us to deal with as the owners. We appreciate everyone there VERY much!
