Gem City Vet is always helpful and available even during the holiday season. We love taking Sturgis there for his care the staff is always happy and there for our dog the way we are at home. Hailey always greets us with a smile and the providers are always quick to respond when we have issues with Sturgis. I wouldn t take my animals anywhere else. Thank you!!!

The only issue was crossed wires between the front desk that showed us into an appointment room, the tech, and the vet. We were shown to a room where we waited for about 20 minutes with no one coming in. (This was our 1st appointment at this clinic, so I wasn t sure if this was typical or what.) The vet later explained that the tech had be doing errands and thought the vet knew we were in the room...but the vet didn t know we were. Just a miscommunication between staff, but the vet was very apologetic.

The only reason your clinic will not be my regular vet is the trip over the pass in the winter. In case of emergency I really need to stay more local. Your clinic made me feel at home and had the same level of care and friendliness that the vets in Roseburg OR showed for the 46 years that I used their services.
