We were a first time visit and I think our total visit took almost two hours, while only being seen for about 25 mins. It just wasn t something we were anticipating. Next time we would just like to be communicated with as to what is going, what we are waiting on etc, instead of just waiting in the room without any information. Other than that, everything else was great. See you guys next visit!

Vet seem to say different things each visit......

When I brought Sere s mother, Tennille, in for the same exam I was only charged $49, not $79 as this visit was. Why the difference??

When the animal needs bloodwork, mention the cost upfront. Instead of being in shock when you get the bill at checkout. Also, let the customers know about the coupons for Inseptor before you pay.??

I love Gem City! All members of the staff have always been kind and honest with me. I never feel like they are trying to push a treatment on me that is not necessary just so that I will spend more money. This increases my trust in their professional opinion. Furthermore, I never, ever feel as though staff is condescending. I have experienced vets that have been a bit snooty (in Denver). My dog may not be some perfect, show-ready dog, but I love her dearly, and I appreciate that everyone at Gem City loves her as much as I do. Thank you!

At first I was disappointed by going home without a heartworm prescription or medicine. But the next day, over the phone, tech Jenny took quite a bit of time to go over my options through the on-line store. Very helpful.
