I did get charged for a bottle of ear cleaner I didn’t get. They were supposed to credit it but haven’t done yet

The waiting room was full of people and pets and none of the exam rooms were available so our meeting about my dog was done out in the waiting room. Definitely had over booked appointments. Not sure if they took the time to actually look at my dog, and I know they didn’t have time to look at my dog previous records since they asked about a problem that’s been there for 4 years.

I think Jamie is wonderful in giving my Bella a Pedi Paw so my grandkids will not be scratched when Bella jumps on them.

My resent pet was a drop off. I feel the service has always been good more so excellent! My only problem is when I request a drop off for my convenience (fastness) it still can take up to 20 minutes or longer to drop my pets off. It was explained to me that a consent form has to be done and signed and this is usually what takes the time, that I usually don t have in the mornings heading to work. I understand you have process and procedures that have to be completed it just seems this could quicker. I do appriciate all you do!!!
