When scheduling grooming and drs apt advise of Bianca’s guidelines regarding cost I made appt w Bianca at 2:30 and with dr Tompkins 3:30. I didn’t know that is considered speed grooming that requires 20.00 more. I thought since apt was at 2:30 w Bianca that would give her enough time So I was a little confused and felt bad

Great animal hospital. People really care for pets.

My recent visit was to board my daughters dog. After seeing Dr Tompkins for so many years with my own dearly departed pets I knew this was the most caring pet hospital to take her to. Everyone there cares and lives our pets no matter what type. The very best veterinary hospital in Boca Raton. Love all who work there. ??

SO happy with your practice and caring and professional staff really adds to a great experience. THis is the only practice I have taken my sweet baby to that is odor free which I find amazing. I will definitely refer friends and neighbors to this practice.

Office facilities were clean, the technician was knowledgeable, proficient, and loving. The doctor was professional, precise, and gave good advice. Molly was in good hands! Excellent all the way!

The office seems like it is becoming more corporate like a bigger veterinary hospital as opposed to the intimate neighbor vet - in the past year seems to be more paperwork, always signing something about your limited liability, should a client be apprehensive?

This was my very first visit to this clinic and I was impressed!

I clicked yes for clean and odor free, however I had to unplug the air freshner because my cat has asthma and string artifical scents could trugger her and I am also sensitive to scents. I do understand that with so many dogs coming thru that using a scent might help. This one was just really strong. Ps- all the staff is very pleasant and overall I have had a good experience.

The nurse assistant for Dr Beebe was very kind and helpful. She made my dog Sophie and me feel at ease. Dr. Beene was very knowledgeable and compassionate too.

It doesnt get any better than Boca Village Animal Hospital! And boy do I know how disappointing the other local vet hospitals are! So glad I found this place! Love the doctors and all the support staff.

I thought the overall appointment was great. The only problem I had was the fact that they don t have a bathroom inside this place you can use. You have to go to a market two doors down. But otherwise friendly staff and Vet.
